District Conference 2007 at Hilton Head-DG Rich being escorted by Youth Exchange Students Merve Kas(R) from Turkey & Arthur Busquerio(L) from Brazil. Arthur's father Sidnei was the Team Leader for GSE Team from District 4540 to District 7750 in 2004. Both Exchange Students are sponsored by Aiken Sunrise, Rich's home club.
